I was seen promptly. I felt safe as staff were wearing face masks. Patients on arrival if they weren’t wearing masks were asked to do so. There was a plentiful supply of masks available for those who hadn’t got there own.
All the staff were fantastic and I am extremely grateful thank you
Went MIU in Stratford upon Avon and the staff were fantastic with my 87 year old mother. Very caring and professional.
The doctor who cared for my daughter was fantastic. He was so thorough
Wonderful care from the nurses following my emergency surgery, they have all been really helpful and professional and provided me with support and reassurance.
Cannot fault their care 10/10
Marked down slightly because when I arrived I was told the doctor will be with you shortly, 2 hours later the doctor arrived but during that 2 hour wait no one came to give us an update.
The A&E was manic.I was wheeled in on an ambulance trolley. I had bloods taken and then waited. I was then wheeled into a cubicle to be seen by a doctor. The nurse came in and said we need some bloods. My husband told them she has already had some taken. The nurse then came back and said I needed to go back in the waiting room, I was on a bed crunched over in pain. She then walked out. Came back with pain killers. It’s like people didn’t know how the system worked. After I saw the consultant the nurse came and said I was discharged I started being violently sick. The porter wheeled me to the car being sick all the way. A very weird experience sadly I’ve still got to have some more investigations done!
My child was kept well informed throughout the procedure.
